CANADIAN TUXEDOS

On my way to class this morning, I saw not one but TWO glittering examples of this fashion don't. For those who aren't in the know, a Canadian Tuxedo is an outfit that consists of a pair of blue jeans and a blue jean jacket. I don't care how cold it is outside. Don't you have a jacket of another fabric in your wardrobe?. DO NOT WEAR THIS. Jeans are always a Do, and with the right clothing, a denim jacket sometimes is, but sometimes two rights make a wrong. Do-do, anyone?

OVERHEARD:

I do love listening to one side of a bizarre cell phone conversation:

"Wait...so let me get this straight: You went to a belly-dance performance of 'Alice in Wonderland' but suggested they 'Apocalypse Now' and they said yes and you're gonna be in it next summer? Rad."

apostroFAIL, etc.

Thanks to my brother Jim in LA for sending me these epic fails. I don't know about you, but nothing makes my gorge rise quite like an unnecessary apostrophe.
