CANADIAN TUXEDOS

On my way to class this morning, I saw not one but TWO glittering examples of this fashion don't. For those who aren't in the know, a Canadian Tuxedo is an outfit that consists of a pair of blue jeans and a blue jean jacket. I don't care how cold it is outside. Don't you have a jacket of another fabric in your wardrobe?. DO NOT WEAR THIS. Jeans are always a Do, and with the right clothing, a denim jacket sometimes is, but sometimes two rights make a wrong. Do-do, anyone?

  1. Jeans are always a do? I suppose if you take the term jeans pretty literally. Let's not include "jeans" like, say, denim bondage pants with neon green striping and perhaps a pseudo-grunge skull screenprinted on the back pocket. That's a don't.

  3. Now I know what a canadian tuxedo is..And you're right, same colors and fabric equals dull fashion. By the way, why are we calling this outfit a tux? It's quite inappropriate...
